Instructions

  1. Put the vanilla ice-cream, chocolate ice-cream, chocolate milk and bourbon in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for about two minutes, until smooth and thick.
  3. If it is too stiff, add a little more chocolate milk and blend again. If it is too runny, add more ice-cream and blend again.
  4. Pour into a chilled highball glass.
  5. Top with toasted chopped walnuts if you like.
