- For the Big and Red cocktail:
- Start by slicing one end off a fresh pomegranate carefully. Remove most of the seeds without damaging the skin to use as a vessel.
- Combine all components in a shaker filled with ice, shake well, then pour through a strainer directly into the hollowed-out pomegranate shell.
