Instructions

  1. Crush the red pepper and mint leaves together with lime juice in a shaker.
  2. Add simple syrup and gin, then seal the shaker and give it a good shake.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer directly into a cold serving glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of red pepper before serving.
