Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Pour the grapefruit juice, vodka and Cherry Heering into a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Squeeze a grapefruit zest twist over the surface to release its oils, then discard it.
  6. Finish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
