Shake CrèMe De Banane, Demerara Rum, Cruzan Blackstrap, Allspice Dram with ice. Strain into a coupe.

I created this drink as part of an exploration into liqueurs as base spirits. It's akin to my Bananas Foster Flip but packs a more intense banana flavor and includes spicy undertones from the pimento dram. A buddy tried it and remarked that it tasted like liquid banana bread, which is where I got the name for this cocktail.
