Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Halve the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into a shaker.
  3. Add apricot brandy, white rum, simple syrup and lime juice, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with passion fruit floating on top.
