Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe. If you want a sugar rim, coat the rim of the glass with sugar first.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Schnapps, Apple Brandy, Triple Sec and Lemon Juice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  5. Garnish with an apple wedge on the rim, or float a dehydrated apple slice on top.
