Shake White Rum, Orange Liqueur, Coconut Liqueur, Pineapple Syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe.

For the Equiano cocktail contest, I developed Anne Bonny's Last Call with the aim of crafting a sustainable drink that blends elements of both a Piña Colada and a Mai Tai.

Originally I used light Equiano rum, but use what you like.

I use Super juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients with ice and crushed ice, then shake vigorously.
  2. Pour the mixture over additional ice in a lowball glass.
  3. Garnish with a frozen pineapple leaf, fresh basil leaves, and dried lime slices.
