Instructions

  1. Pour the Green Chartreuse into a rocks glass. Tilt and turn the glass so the liqueur coats the inside.
  2. Tip out the excess Chartreuse.
  3. Carefully light the coating in the glass and let it burn for a few seconds.
  4. Put a saucer over the glass to smother the flame.
  5. Add the Port Wine, Nocello Walnut Liqueur and Cognac, then swirl gently to combine.
  6. Be careful: the rim of the glass will be hot.
