Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Put the orange marmalade and cognac in the bottom of a shaker and stir until the marmalade has dissolved.
  3. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and gin, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
