Instructions
In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with a few drops of water until dissolved.
Add the Lyre's American Malt, Peychaud's bitters, and ice to the mixing glass.
Stir the mixture until well chilled (rebalance hint: add more bitter for depth).
Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned glass with fennel-anise blend, discarding the excess.
Strain the malt mixture into the prepared glass.
Express the lemon peel over the drink and discard or place it in the glass as garnish.
