Instructions

Measure Lyre's White Cane Spirit, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice. Combine these ingredients along with crushed ice in a blender. Agitate until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour this mixture into either a hurricane or highball glass. Garnish by placing a slice of pineapple on the rim and adding a maraschino cherry atop it. A non-alcoholic approximation of the Pina Colada.
