Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Lyre's American Malt, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using)
Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice
Carefully pour the alcohol-free red wine over the back of a spoon to create a float on top of the cocktail
Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry
