Instructions

**Chill** the champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes. **Pour** 2 oz of orange juice into the chilled champagne flute. **Top** with 2 oz of Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Riesling Sparkling, pouring slowly to avoid overflowing. **Optional**: Add a splash of grenadine for a sunrise effect. **Garnish** with an orange slice on the rim of the glass. **Serve** immediately and enjoy! A non-alcoholic approximation of the Mimosa.
