Instructions
Preheat an Irish Coffee glass by filling it with hot water and letting it sit for a few minutes. Then, empty the glass.
Add 1 tbsp of brown sugar to the glass.
Pour in 1.5 oz of Lyre's American Malt.
Fill the glass with 6 oz of hot coffee, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
Gently pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon, so it floats on top of the coffee.
Do not stir the whipped cream into the coffee. Enjoy the drink by sipping the coffee through the layer of cream.
A non-alcoholic approximation of the Irish Coffee.
