Instructions
**Chill** a rocks or old-fashioned glass by filling it with ice and water. Set aside for a few minutes.
**Measure** 50ml of Lyre's White Cane Spirit and 20ml of Lyre's Coffee Originale.
**Empty** the chilled glass and **add** the Lyre's White Cane Spirit and Lyre's Coffee Originale.
**Stir** gently to combine the ingredients. (Rebalance hint: The spirit is less intense, adjust sweetness or add a touch of coffee syrup if desired.)
**Optional**: Add ice cubes if desired.
**Garnish** with a cherry or a lemon twist, if desired.
