Instructions

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add 2 oz of Lyre's Italian Orange to the glass. Pour 3 oz of Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Riesling Sparkling into the glass. Top with 1 oz of club soda. Gently stir the ingredients together. Garnish with an orange slice. A non-alcoholic approximation of the Aperol Spritz.
