Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Crush the mint sprigs with a muddler in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  3. Add the vodka, dry sherry, Skinos Mastiha, birch water and Bob's Peppermint Bitters.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
