- Pour in the sour mix, white rum and peach schnapps, followed by the orange, pineapple and cranberry juices.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold to the touch.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Pour the 151 proof rum slowly over the surface so it settles as a layer on top. Do not stir.
