Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Muddle the peach in the bottom of a shaker until it is broken down.
  3. Add the Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
