Instructions

  1. Mix brandy, syrup, and lemon juice together in a punch bowl filled with big chunks of ice.
  2. Just before you're ready to serve, gently blend in the Champagne and soda water.
  3. Decorate each glass with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of grapefruit peel when pouring.
