Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the gin, dry vermouth, Bénédictine, hot water, absinthe, Peychaud's bitters and saline solution to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Twist a piece of lemon zest over the drink and garnish with it.
