- Pour the Angostura bitters, coffee bitters and espresso into a rocks glass and stir together.
- Add three or four ice cubes and the Cherry Heering, and stir.
- Top up with more ice, add the bourbon and stir again.
- Twist the lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, drop it in, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
