Instructions

  1. Crush ice in a lewis bag.
  2. Muddle mint leaves with orange juice and burnt sugar syrup.
  3. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour mezcal and Cointreau over the ice.
  5. Stir well.
  6. For garnish, bruise some mint sprigs by hand to release their oils, then combine them with an orange slice and grapefruit twist tied together.
