- Place ginger and 2 to 3 cucumber slices in a shaker, muddle them together.
- Add vodka and ice, then shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass with two long cucumber slices inside.
- Top off the drink with apple cider.
- Garnish with either two mint leaves or a twist of lime or lemon.
