Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Cut the passion fruit open and scoop the seeds and pulp into the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the lime juice, apple juice and passion fruit syrup, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  6. Float half a fresh passion fruit on top.
