Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Crème de Violette, Sweet Vermouth and Dry Vermouth.
  3. Stir until the glass is cold and the drink is well diluted.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a strip of lemon zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
