Instructions

  1. Pour the coconut liqueur, triple sec, Baileys and lemon juice into a shaker.
  2. Stir briefly with a bar spoon to combine.
  3. Shake without ice (a dry shake).
  4. Add two scoops of ice and shake hard.
  5. Strain into a coupe.
  6. Garnish with two mint leaves from the mint sprigs, or with a lemon wedge.
