Instructions

  1. In the base of the shaker, stir the hibiscus flower in syrup together with the cognac until combined.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Pinot Noir red wine and Angostura bitters, then fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Fine-strain into a goblet filled with ice.
  4. Twist the kaffir lime twist over the glass to release its oils, then discard it.
  5. Garnish with a well-drained hibiscus flower in syrup and the kaffir lime leaf.
