The Valencia Cobbler draws inspiration from the stunning Port of Valencia. La Tomatina, a famous festival in Buñol, a town east of Spain by the Mediterranean, sees participants throwing tomatoes for fun. This tomato-throwing event started in 1945 and happens every last Wednesday of August during Buñol's week-long festivities. Cheers!

- Begin by mashing cherry tomatoes at the bottom of your mixing vessel.
- Then, incorporate all remaining ingredients along with plenty of ice cubes.
- Vigorously agitate until well-chilled and thoroughly mixed.
- Next, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into either a Cobbler glass, Wine glass, or Water Goblet, depending on preference.
- Top off with crushed ice.
- For garnish, slice an orange wedge in half, halve a cherry tomato, include a celery stick, and flame a sprig of rosemary before adding it to the rim.
