Two or Three Things I know About White Negronis

Stir Gin, Suze, BéNéDictine, Honey Syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

I was contemplating the combination of Suze, Benedictine, and honey from my impromptu creation at Drink. This inspired me to experiment with these flavors in a White Negroni. To address its sweeter profile and lack of bitterness, I replaced some ingredients with dry vermouth for balance. Drawing inspiration from Jean-Luc Godard's film "Two or Three Things I Know About Her," I named my cocktail accordingly.
