Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the tequila blanco, sweet vermouth, Giffard Pamplemousse, cinnamon syrup and Xocolatl Mole Bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until cold and well diluted.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a smouldering cinnamon stick.
