- Pour the peach schnapps, apple schnapps and rum into a shaker.
- Add the pineapple juice, orange juice and sweet and sour mix.
- Shake hard until everything is well combined.
- Pack a highball glass with ice, then strain the shaker's contents over it.
- Trickle the grenadine over the top so it colours the drink.
- Let the 151 proof rum float carefully on the surface.
