Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the white rum, honey syrup, amaretto, egg white, cream and crème de cacao to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  5. Dust the surface with dark chocolate powder and set two Toblerone segments on the rim.
