A stirred, bittersweet drink built on dry sherry, with Averna, Bénédictine and Campari adding bitter, herbal depth and an orange peel twist on top. David Becker created it in 2018.

David Becker created the Three-Cornered Hat in 2018 and named it for its Spanish roots, tied to the geography of sherry country. Marking the home of each main ingredient on a map (Spain for the sherry, Italy for the vermouth, France for the orange liqueur) produces a triangle.
