Tequila blanco and mezcal give an agave and smoke base, met by grapefruit and lime juice, bitter Campari and Bigallet China-China, with jalapeño syrup adding heat. Created by Rafe Posey in 2015.

Rafe Posey created the Fire Hat in 2015 as a variation on the Oystercatcher, adding a smoky edge to the original recipe.
