Chill a coupe glass thoroughly in the freezer.
Dip the chilled glass in absinthe, swirling it around to cover the inside before putting it back in the freezer.
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain the mixture directly into the prepared, cold coupe glass.
