Instructions

  1. Put everything except the prosecco into a shaker.
  2. Crush two ice cubes into small pieces with a muddler or rolling pin and add them to the shaker.
  3. Add regular ice, close the shaker and shake hard until the ice has stopped rattling.
  4. Open the shaker and stir in the prosecco.
  5. Pour the whole contents straight into a highball glass without straining.
  6. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice.
