Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Cognac, Gin, Lemon Juice and Angostura Bitters, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
