Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Angostura bitters, sweet vermouth and scotch.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Twist an orange zest over the drink, discard it, and garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
