Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the Gin, Cognac, Apple Juice, Heather Honey and Lemon Juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine strain into the ice-filled highball glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated apple slice.
