Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass, coat the inside with the absinthe and set it aside.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Cognac, Angostura Bitters, Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse and Vodka.
  3. Stir until the drink is cold and properly diluted.
  4. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass.
  5. Squeeze a lemon zest twist over the drink, then discard it.
