Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Pour the Irish whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, Angostura bitters and Peychaud's bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Express a lime zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
