- Pour the Tequila Blanco into a shot glass.
- Slowly pour the Champagne over it so it floats as a separate layer on top.
- Close off the glass opening with your palm and hold the glass firmly so nothing escapes.
- Lift the glass and bring it down on the bar in one quick motion, hard enough to wake up the bubbles but not enough to crack the glass.
- Drink it in a single gulp while it is still foaming.
