A long version of the Alabama Slammer with vodka, gin, amaretto and the southern liqueur lengthened with orange juice. Sweet and nutty from the amaretto, with a little lemon juice to keep it from turning syrupy.

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Stir the vodka, amaretto, gin, southern liqueur, lemon juice and orange juice with ice in a mixing glass. Do not shake, as that thins the drink too much.
  3. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry as a sail.
