Instructions

  1. Shake the mixture without ice first.
  2. Then shake again with ice.
  3. Strain this into a cold coupe glass.
  4. For garnish, add 8 drops of bitters onto the egg foam and swirl them in (Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Teapot Bitters are recommended, but any aromatic bitters will do).
