Ingredients: 1 dash Angostura Bitters; 45 ml Gin; 1 twst Lemon Twist; 8 ml Triple Sec; 23 ml Dry Vermouth; 15 ml Dry Sherry

A stirred, gin-led drink in a rocks glass, with dry vermouth and dry sherry giving it a dry, nutty backbone. Triple sec, Angostura and a lemon twist add a little orange sweetness, spice and citrus oil.
