Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint sprigs with the lime juice in the base of a shaker.
  2. Add the agave syrup, Tequila Blanco, gin and Triple Sec.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water and stir once, lightly.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel.
