Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
  3. Add the Egg White, Chambord, Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Triple Sec. Shake hard and fast without ice.
  4. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  5. Double strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Decorate with a few raspberries and one edible blossom.
