Instructions

  1. Leave the Vanilla Ice-Cream out for a short while until it softens.
  2. Put the soft ice-cream in a shaker with the White Rum, Orange Juice, Simple Syrup and Pineapple & Coconut Syrup.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until the ice-cream has melted into the drink.
  4. Strain into a highball glass.
  5. Finish with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
